The Leader of the Majority Party said that the Government is going to put in about Kshs5 million to rehabilitate schools and in the process he told us that there are about 12 schools, which was disputed by the person who asked for the statement. However, even if it were 12 schools and there is Kshs5 million and eight of those schools have been completely destroyed, when you do mathematics, it means each school is getting about Kshs416,000. Honestly, could the Leader of the Majority Party tell us that is adequate relief or is it relief at all? Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir."
