    "content": "My name is Dorcas Kedogo from Vihiga County. Just to add on to that, as our colleagues have said, it should not be even in constituencies. I would prefer that free medication be available in every dispensary, because these are easily reachable. Also, I would just talk about the order of payments. This is because even those who are receiving the little money--- Sometimes it becomes difficulty to be given everything. Some even do not get and those who get may get 10 per cent of what should be given to them. I should also go on record that a committee be formed to handle this."
