But like I said, the reason why we have the defect liability period is because, in any contract, not just in roads - even in any civil works - there is a possibility that once the contract has been completed, you may realize one or two places that require remedial action. That is within the legal agreement between the Government and the contractor. So, I will ensure that, that road is done to the satisfaction of the road users."
