    "content": "At this point, I will remind any Member with amendment to approach the Table during the time of moving the Motion for the Clerk to draft such proposed amendments appropriately. However, each amendment will have to be approved by the Speaker pursuant to our Standing Orders. Amendment to delete any name will not be allowed at this point since the Speaker will thereafter put severally the Question for approval of each proposed nominee at the conclusion of the debate. Therefore, a Member intending to oppose the nomination of any nominee, other than those proposed to be rejected in the text of the Motion will have to wait for the Question to be put against the specific nominee. I will dispose of any amendment to the Motion and if carried, propose the Question of the Motion in the amended form. Hon. Members, thereafter, I will put the Question for approval of each of the proposed nominee for the decision of the House in the order that their names appear in the Motion. Thank you."
