    "content": "The Act is very clear that if you want to give adverse or positive comments about anybody, you should do that in an affidavit and under oath. The Act also provides that nominees be given a chance to swear a replying affidavit. Consequntly, Prof. Kaimenyi, Eng. Kamau, hon. Ngilu, Mr. Matiang’i, Mr. Chirchir, Ms. Kandie and hon. Balala gave us replying affidavits. The Committee made an observation of every affidavit."
