When you propose to reject a nominee, the rule of natural justice would require that the membership of this House benefits from some of your reasons. Would I be in order to ask Members of this Committee why this lady was singled out, so that we make an informed decision, given that we did not have time to read the report? It would be fair if we got this explanation from none other than the Leader of Majority Party."
