In this House, in your capacity as individual Members, you have the right to agree with us on one Ms. Kandie. But the reason that the Committee gave--- If they failed, then all of us here have an opportunity to correct that through an amendment. I want to reply to one point of order. There were seven nominees who received adverse affidavits. They gave a replying affidavit. The Committee cleared them. Ms. Kandie was one of them. The report of the Committee is a report of the whole House. It will be decided this afternoon."
