Ngilu had been deliberated here; there is a parliamentary report which cleared her. So, this House could never have used the negative part of that report. It is important to tell Members, so that the public stops saying that we let her off the hook because we did not. We could not use the same report which was brought here, deliberated on and she was found innocent."
