    "content": "As I was saying, the whole of this docket is going to have the nation advance in terms of economic growth. It is going to be the pillar of coordinating activities of the Government in East African community, international fora, tourism and so on. So, when you talk to the person, you get the feeling that she has no clear understanding of what she is going to do. What we are saying as a Committee is that we are giving a chance to the appointing authority to correct the error so that we are able to move as a nation. We are not against her as a person. We want competent people to be given positions so that they can serve all of us in this country. There is no docket reserved for a particular side of the Government. We looked at her and at her competence and we are saying that she does not pass the test. You will make the final decision, but remember we should not have a bad executive. If we have discovered a mistake now, let us rectify it so that the executive can have a chance to give somebody competent that position."
