    "content": "I want to tell the Committee members that we respect them and their stewardship, but for now, let us look at the report. When we do so, another question arises. In this hour and day we are telling Kenyans that we do not have a report. This is the problem we have with the image of Parliament. We are being bashed everyday by busy bodies, because the Communications Department does not live to expectations. What was difficult about sending this report to the e-mail addresses of the Members of Parliament, or putting it on the website of Parliament immediately it was tabled and enable hon. Members to access it through their phones because we are in a digital environment?"
