Member to mislead the House by suggesting that it does not matter to us where the Cabinet Secretaries come from when the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya, in Article 130 is clear that the composition of the national Executive shall reflect the regional and ethnic diversity of the people of Kenya? That is what we voted for as Kenyans and you cannot take us aside. Otherwise, you should have prevented us from voting for that provision."
