    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to oppose this Motion. First, I want to indicate that the issue of regional balance as is envisioned in our Constitution was not observed. I know there were numerous parameters that were used when the Committee was doing the vetting. I urge this honourable House to look at this list in its entirety. Knowing our history, this Government should have taken this opportunity to bring healing to this nation. They should have ensured that the Cabinet is balanced by ensuring that we have Members coming from different geographical regions. I want to oppose under this particular concern."
