    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I rise to support the report as tabled and I would like to urge my colleagues to see sense in the fact that these are just the first appointments. We have so many other vacancies in the offing. They should know that even if we were to divide the 42 tribes among the Cabinet Secretaries, I am sure we cannot go round that way. In that respect, there are so many other appointments that are upcoming and I urge everyone to be patient. We can look at the competencies of these nominees and approve them. I find that they are people who can manage the Cabinet posts that they have been given. In that respect, I beg to support the report as tabled."
