    "content": "I also looked at the regional balance in this issue. Many people have raised it but I do not think this Government would be able to accommodate every community in this country. It has tried to be very fair because they have tried to distribute to every former province as we can say it and I think every province is represented here. Also, there are other appointments which will still be coming. We have two positions which have not been filled and we hope that the other areas which have not been taken care of in these appointments will be looked into. There are also other appointments of Principal Secretaries of which I think they will also try and balance the areas that we think are deficient and, therefore, I urge hon. Members to approve these appointments because we only have few positions. Thank you so much."
