    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to second this Motion. I think this Motion is very important. This measure should have been in place a long time ago. If you look at what is happening in this country, even at the moment, leave alone this issue of petroleum products; if you look at what is happening to the price of sugar--- Yesterday I came to learn that sugar is now costing Kshs180 per kilogramme. This means that two kilogrammes retail at Kshs360. It is impossible."
