"content": "Kandara Road. The road will criss-cross the contentious road at Kagaa Shopping Centre. If both roads are tarmacked simultaneously within this financial year, taxpayersâ money will be saved due to economies of scale. The Ministry of Finance and that of Roads and Public Works have failed to give an indication as to when that road will be paved. We have written several letters. We have made oral presentations to the concerned parties that, that road should be tarmacked. But, since Independence, it has never been tarmacked. We have seen roads in other regions within Murangâa County being tarmacked but, when it comes to that particular road, nothing is being done. We, therefore, kindly, pray that this Parliament does intervene and cause that road, which is popularly known as âMugoiri wa Tiriâ to be tarmacked within this financial year. I am much obliged."
