    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this Motion. Kenya is a country of 40 billionaires and 40 million paupers. Unfortunately, it is run by the 40 billionaires who do not really care about the sufferings of the poor. Sixty per cent of the people of this country live below the poverty line. This “I do-not-care” attitude of the Government, the Ministers and the rich, is shown clearly here in Parliament where the Government Bench is empty. The Assistant Minister, office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance has just turned up."
