    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, in the Statement, the Chairperson should state what plans KNEC has regarding those certificates. Two, explain if it is in order for KNEC to withhold those certificates and yet, there were no cases of examination cheating or irregularities which was exhibited by issuance of results slips for the same students. Three, explain if it is in order for KNEC to impose a Kshs5,000 fee which, in my opinion, is too punitive and exorbitant. Four, the Chairperson should also give the exact date when those students will be issued with their certificates so as to access the labour market."
