    "content": "I think there will be a ruling giving directions to the House as to how this is going to be done. This will be for the benefit of the institution, and the country as a whole. Of course, we all know that Committees of the House as well as the House, when they sit, they exercise powers similar to those of the High Court. Therefore, I do not think that there is anything that prevents a committee from either inviting or summoning any Government functionary to their sessions when it is interrogating matters within their dockets. But a considered ruling will be given."
