Speaker, Sir, I would like to request the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to conduct an investigation into the issues and the facts surrounding the Biometric Voter Registration (BVR) system, which was ordered by a court, so that this country can know the role played by various individuals at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) in the procurement of this equipment, so that the committee can, in a way, bring the issue of corruption relating to the BVR kits at the IEBC to a closure."
