    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me this opportunity; I have worked in this industry and I just want to share my experience with my colleagues, Members of Parliament, here. This is a sector that, with this amendment, will enable our youth to one, get employment. Two, we will be able to have our youth engaged in meaningful activities. Most of our youth are out there idle, and you find that there is insecurity in the countryside because they are not fully occupied."
