"content": "I asked for investigations on a matter that is spent. It is an accounting matter. The Supreme Court said that the investigations need to be carried out on how this BVR equipment was procured. The word was âprocurementâ. It is: âwas procuredâ and not âis procuredâ. It is not a live issue; it is a dead issue. The Auditor-General may not have done, and I am sure hon. Langat has no idea, might not have done some works on it but the members of the PAC can ask for a special audit if it has not been audited. Really, that is how Parliament works."
