    "content": "The issue that is at hand is that it is for the IEBC accounts, for the last financial year, first to be tabled on the Floor of this House and for the PAC to seize of the matter. Departmental Committees deal with investigations on daily operations of each and every department that falls under them. The IEBC, CIC and all the constitutional commissions within the Ministry of Justice fall under the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs."
