    "content": "Then there will be a burden on the economy, in the sense that the Government debt will rise when you put money in non-productive sectors. When you subsidize consumption you are not contributing to production. You are actually contributing to consumption. You are telling people to consume more, because it is cheaper. So, we will not be helping the economy grow and ultimately solve the problem of unemployment. We should put money in our pockets and make ourselves richer. This is a poorly thought out Motion. It will not produce the intended result."
