You are the face of the Government and it will be very important for you to stand here, be specific and defend the Government. We are not criticising the Deputy President. In fact, we are very happy we are doing this; so, let me say this. You are quoting instruments of power, but you should not quote instruments of power if you do not understand them. Instruments of power include the command sword and the presidential seal. A jet is not an instrument of power. It is a simple vessel for transport and the Constitution is very clear."
