    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. I have two clarifications to seek from the Leader of the Majority Party. The genesis of the Statement sought by the Member for Ugenya was a newspaper article by the Daily Nation Newspaper and he has clearly told this House that what the newspaper reported was not accurate. Had the DailyNation sought any kind of clarification from the Office of the Deputy President before they printed that article a few days ago? Secondly, yesterday when the Member for Ugenya was asking why the Deputy President could not use the Presidential Jet, he asked the Leader of the Majority Party to clarify to this House whether there are two governments in the Jubilee Government, one led by the President and the other led by the Deputy President. It is important for the Leader of the Majority Party to make it very clear to this House, and, probably, to the Member for Ugenya and the nation at large that the Jubilee Government is one, led by His Excellency the President and deputized by hon. William Ruto, and that there are no two governments in Kenya. The era of the nusu mkate government is long gone."
