    "content": "Secondly, streamlining of the energy sector in total is something that we would wish the Government to take very seriously. When you look at the issues that keep coming up on petroleum sector that lead to the high cost, which sometimes we are unable to get exactly where it is coming from--- I am talking about the cartels in the industry. We are talking about the inefficiencies in the sector, and we are talking about the difference in ability of the Government to recognize the levels. For example, if we are talking about industrial diesel, in other countries, it has been subsidized. To me, that would be something we, as a Government, need to look into so that we are able to also pass a benefit to our people. I do not know exactly how we intend to look at this. I would like to thank my friend for bringing up this issue, so that we as a Government can take this matter much more seriously."
