    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, let me thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. I would also thank my colleague, Mr. Langat for bringing this very important Motion. We are aware of the problems caused by high fuel prices in this country. We are aware that high fuel prices are hurting the people in this country and also affecting our industrial production. We have been grappling with that matter as the Ministry of Energy and, in fact, the idea of bringing a price cap was to see how best to control the price of fuel."
