    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, it is time we stopped viewing fishing as a backward occupation. Many times, fishermen are viewed as primitive people. Fishing is viewed as a profession for those who have not gone to school properly. I think that is wrong. That is a misplaced notion which should not be applicable now. I believe that if it is properly harnessed, fishing is one of the areas where the Government can use to roll back the prevalence of cases of youth unemployment and the extreme cases of poverty in the country.
