    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I rise to request for a Statement from the Leader of the Majority Party over the increasing incidents of insecurity in Trans Nzoia County. Over the weekend, a Police Reservist by the name Masika was shot dead in the night. There are also complaints from the residents that the top leadership of the Police Force in the Trans Nzoia County, about 70 per cent, is from one ethnic community. We have cases of policemen who have stayed there for more than five years."
