    "content": "The Committee held four sittings to discuss the issue that was before it. I wish at this point to thank the office of the Speaker and that of the Clerk for the support they gave to my Committee. Indeed, also the staff who did a very commendable job. I also wish to thank the Members of the Committee on Delegated Legislation for their patience, sacrifice and endurance during the long sitting hours which gave rise to the report before the House now. It is now my pleasure, on behalf of the Committee on Delegated Legislation, to recommend to the House pursuant to the provisions of the Standing Order 210(5), that the House adopts the report."
