    "content": "Thank you very much for the opportunity to second this important Motion. In doing so, I request the Members and the whole nation to be alive to the role of Parliament as defined by the Constitution in Article 94, particularly, Sub-articles (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5). Under (1), it says that:- “94 (1) The legislative authority of the Republic is derived from the people and, at the national level, is vested in and exercised by Parliament."
