    "content": "On a point of order, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I am aware of the importance and the urgency of passing this Motion for purposes of constituting a full bench of the Supreme Court, but I am also obliged and I have an obligation to take part in this debate as a Member of Parliament in the full knowledge of the Committee findings and all what is contained in the Report. There are serious Motions that require us to approve names of people to serve in the various offices and considering the history that we have had with the just concluded kind of rogue officers, I am very afraid because I do not have a copy of the Report. The Report has not been given to the Members."
