    "content": "Okay, Members, I realize you are making very grave accusations, if you can put it that way, but I understand where you are coming from. However, I need to plead with the House that the Report was tabled today and the notice was also given. But I also want to inform Members that as it happened with the Cabinet Secretaries, today also happens to be the last day. Remember that we have a constitutional requirement of 14 days. So, our 14 days will expire today. We had endeavored to provide the copies and a few Members have them. We have not had enough copies, but quite a number of Members have them. I want to urge the clerks to ensure that Members who do not have copies, at least, get them so that we can make some meaningful and informed contributions. I am hoping that, as the Chairman is moving the Motion, Members who do not have copies can be furnished with them. By the time the Motion is moved and seconded, Members will, at least, have the copies. They are not very long Reports. It is possible for you to quickly go through them before you make your contribution. So, I would urge the Members to allow us to continue with the moving of this Motion."
