    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of the inquiry into the helicopter crash that led to the deaths of Prof. Saitoti and hon. Ojode has not been settled. The death of Dr. Robert Ouko still remains unresolved. So, our question was: How come that every matter that this lady handles remains unresolved? Is there an issue that this House may need to look into, even as we approve the nomination of this lady? It is very important that these matters are brought here, so that this House can consider them as we consider this Committee Report, so that this lady can be approved. With those remarks, I beg to second."
