    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion. It has been stated that the age of the nominee is 67 years. The Constitution that we passed in 2010 is clear that we cannot discriminate as far as age is concerned, not unless the nominee is, say, 70 years, which then bars her from being appointed to such a position. The nominee whose name is before the House today has risen through the ranks of the judiciary since her appointment. She is a member of the Court of Appeal which is the second highest ranking court in as far as the judiciary is concerned. This lady has served as a Commissioner of Assize.
