I am surprised that he has not learned the law that I have been teaching him up to now. Chapter Four on the Bill of Rights states that you cannot discriminate on the basis of age, gender, or race. We could not have said that even if she met all the other requirements of the vetting this lady should not be appointed as the Deputy Chief Justice because she is three years and not two years--- She was born in 1947 and she is supposed to retire at 70 years. She was born in 1946. Therefore, she has three years that she is supposed to serve the Judiciary, which are long enough to ensure that she leaves the Judiciary a better place than she will find it."
