    "content": "Arising from all these findings we wish to state as follows: At the end of the vetting process the Committee made the following recommendations. Having considered the suitability, capacity and integrity of the nominee, and pursuant to Article 154 (2)(a) of the Constitution and Section 8(2) of the Schedule to the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act of 2011 the Committee recommends that the National Assembly approves the nomination and subsequent appointment of Mr. Francis Thuita Kimemia to the position of Secretary to the Cabinet. I would like hon. Members to look at the annexure because this Report is very detailed."
