One, we are adjourning to fulfill our constitutional mandate under Standing Order No. 232, Constitution of Kenya, Articles 220 and 221 that give us the power to interrogate and to own the Budget. Two, pertaining to the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF), as Members of Parliament we need to make sure our CDF committees are gazetted this week and hon. Members and the committees can get the way forward."
