Deputy Speaker, I rise to support this Motion and also observe that there are some Members of this House who are still not in, at least, two Committees as is required by the Speaker’s ruling. This issue needs to be expedited because we are also missing our opportunity to participate in the Committees. In congratulating Mr. Kimemia I would also like to say that he needs to finish his degree. It has taken him nine years to finish his Masters. There is a fault in the way he has declared his annual income. You do not add Kshs1.2 million to Kshs14 million to make Kshs28 million. We may need to have some more transparency. That accuracy is required for one to be Secretary to the Cabinet. I support."
