"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have done very well in roads infrastructure. You can see what we are doing because of devolution and getting constituencies or counties to be responsible for their own activities. We have also seen the same in the education sector. I am happy that the Ministry of Health - after a long time of politics and splitting into small units just to reward some people - is now one. So, the Cabinet Secretary and his team will be able to focus on this issue without politicizing it. They should allocate funds to this sector, so that we can accomplish some of the reforms we have talked about for a long time."
