    "content": "This is a wake-up call, as the immediate speaker has said. The same thing is happening in other Ministries. It is high time that the Government made sure that we have structures and systems in all departments, which will ensure that the fundamental rights of our population, you and me included, are enjoyed. When our people are suffering, the country is suffering and we cannot move forward. A country with sick people, or people who are unable to work, cannot move forward."
