    "content": "Having said that, I want to thank the Mover of this Motion, hon. Chris Wamalwa, and I think this is a timely Motion. First of all, it is important to appreciate that an institution can just do so much. That it is not possible for one institution to be doing so many activities at the same time. The National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB), in my view, should concentrate on its core mandate of storing our produce – the produce from farmers rather than getting involved in distribution of fertilizer. In the end, it compromises its ability to efficiently and effectively serve the people of Kenya."
