    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to add my voice to this very important Motion. Security in this country once again is not a favour. Security for all Kenyans is very well in the Constitution. Article 238 of this Constitution talks about national security and it is a very big shame that in this time and era we have areas in this country that have never known peace and it is very well known that there is no development that can take place without peace."
