    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, these two nominees were found suitable for appointment as Cabinet Secretaries by this Committee. So the recommendations are that pursuant to Article 152(2) of the Constitution and Standing Order No.204(4), the Committee recommends that this House approves the following two nominees for appointment by His Excellency, the President, as Cabinet Secretaries to their respective Ministries:- Mr. Joseph ole Lenku and Mr. Samwel Kazungu Kambi."
