I thought all of you who are referring to this Article are irrelevant. Just address yourself to the suitability or otherwise of the candidates and agree or disagree with the recommendations. Forget about the conflict. Your own interpretation of the Constitution obviously would differ from those of other people. Even if you are at the Bench, the majority will have their way and the minority, like yourself, will have your say but this is not yet there. We are not yet there on the interpretation of the Constitution."
