    "content": "Hon. Members, I think hon. Ouma Ochieng has a valid point. If you look at both the Constitution and what we are debating, we are the National Assembly of the Republic of Kenya. These nominees have been appointed to serve in the National Government of Kenya. If they were meant to serve elsewhere, they would be in the county executive of their respective counties. So, as hon. Members of the National Assembly, we cannot afford to degenerate to the level of wanting to serve in the county government; county executive or county assemblies. These are nominees who have been nominated to serve in the National Government of the Republic of Kenya and they are being approved by the National Assembly of the Republic of Kenya. Therefore, let it not bother you to the point where you feel excited or disappointed at most, whether they come from closer to your village or they come 1000 kilometers away from your village. I think let us be accordingly guided in these matters. But of course, you are entitled to feel excited. Yes. Proceed, hon. Tobiko."
