    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to table a report by The Cradle, The Children Foundation called “ Healing the Scars; Milestones, Lessons andProspects ” which is monitoring cases on violence against children for 2010. That report quotes the police report at page 23, which shows that cases of rape, defilement and incest against children are on the rise, including unnatural offences, bestiality, indecent assault and abduction. Also, even at page 24, using The Cradle’s own reports over the years, the figures have been increasing every year. As at 2010 it stands at 81 per cent of cases of children who are sexually abused."
