I believe each and every one of us in this House knows somebody or has a relative who has passed away because of that very serious disease. I would like to start by quoting from our Constitution, the chapter that talks about human dignity. That disease is so bad that it kills a human being very slowly. We all know that we are going to pass on one day; move on to God but the moment a person finds out that he or she has cancer, that is a coffin in front of them and they live their days like they are living death every day.
