    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support the Motion. A research that has been done in other parts of the world has indicated that a black man at age 45 and above is more vulnerable to prostate cancer. Indeed, this has happened in the US where black Americans have the highest number of prostate cancer cases. I want to deal with the Jubilee Government. I wonder whether they realize that this is even more important than the milk they were proposing to give to children in school. That is because we know who are behind it. But for this noble course and the Motion by hon. Gitari, I would like to observe that China has over 40 million people of over 100 years who live without cancer and yet, here in Kenya, where we have a population of 40 million, we are losing about 22,000 people every year because of cancer and other related cases."
